We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you all – our store has finally been officially approved to join the prestigious Disney Lorcana Hobby Store Program! This milestone has been a long time coming, and we couldn't be happier to embark on this new chapter with all of you.
The journey to becoming an approved Disney Lorcana retailer hasn't been without its challenges. As many of you know, we recently moved from our previous location to our new one, which coincided with the launch of the highly anticipated first set of Disney Lorcana. Unfortunately, this transition meant that we weren't able to complete our application in time, as we needed to submit several documents and images for approval, which we simply didn't have readily available.
Despite our best efforts to expedite the process, we were initially placed in a deferred status by Ravensburger, the publisher of Disney Lorcana. They wanted to ensure that there was adequate product support available for all hobby stores before granting final approval. While this meant a temporary setback for us, we remained committed to bringing Disney Lorcana to our shelves as soon as possible.
During this time, we're immensely grateful for your patience and understanding. Despite not yet being officially approved, we were still able to acquire and sell Disney Lorcana to our valued customers. However, we had to wait for the official release, as approved local game stores are granted access to the product two weeks before its retail release.
Now, after much anticipation and hard work, we're thrilled to announce that we've received the official stamp of approval from Ravensburger and are officially part of the Disney Lorcana Hobby Store Program! This means that we'll have early access to new releases, exclusive products, and other exciting benefits that we can't wait to share with all of you.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your continued support throughout this journey. Your enthusiasm for Disney Lorcana and our store has been truly inspiring, and we're excited to continue serving you as part of the Disney Lorcana family.
